Painting technologies and equipment

Design, implementation and consultations on the powder-based glue coating technologies.
We supply the coating equipment “Airless” of high pressure, paint sprayers, paint stirrers, equipment for powder-based painting, car painting cameras, “wet” painting cabins, equipment for the re-pumping of liquids.
We prepare the technological projects according to the desired production output, measurements of the painted elements, area of premises and other characteristics. We supply the spare parts, paint, and chemical materials.

Powder-based paint and painting materials

Urgent supply of powder-based paints according to the catalogues of RAL, PANTONE, NCS, as well as according to your provided sample.
We have stocks of more than 10 different standard positions in our warehouse in Kaunas.
We deliver paint on other day free of charge in all Lithuania. In special cases, spec. paints are ordered and delivered in 5 working days.
We consult on the questions regarding the powder-based painting, sell special additives for the paints (structuriser, matt additive, surface correcting means, etc.).

Preparation technologies, equipment and materials for the metal surfaces

Choosing of anticorrosive systems for the painted surfaces, consultations on the questions of the surface preparation.
Supply of chemical materials for the preparation of metal surfaces.

Gluing technologies for the furniture industry, equipment, glue

Supply of foam glue to the industry of soft furniture. Design of gluing systems, mounting, equipment, service, consultations, trainings.
We represent the company Saba (Holland) producing the highest quality production: glue for bonding of foam to various solid surfaces and other technological materials.
We sell Walther pilot (Germany) gluing, painting equipment (membranous/piston pumps, pulverisers, various joints (hoses), pressure vessels, reducers, spare parts).

Design, mounting, servicing of building engineering systems

We design, mount and service the following:

• ventilation; air conditioning systems
• outside and inside water-supply
• outside and inside sewage
• electricity – automatics engineering systems.
