Combustible solvent-based glue

Description
Sabaspray – combustible solvent-based spray glue used for gluing foam on various surfaces and bonding it together. Sabaspray is recommended in the production of soft furnishing and mattresses

Methods of use:

Spraying by special glue gun. One-sided spraying option on plane surfaces. In this case, it is recommended to bond glued surfaces at one go. When glued elements are under the influence of high tensions, the two-sided spraying is recommended and the glued surfaces should be bonded no later than within 8 minutes. The operating pressure – approx. 4 bars, needle diameter – 1.5-2.5mm, distance of spraying – 40-50cm.

Incombustible solvent-based glue

Description
Sabaspray 2505 – combustible solvent-based spray glue used for gluing foam on various surfaces and bonding it together. Sabaspray 2505 is recommended in the production of soft furnishing and mattresses. .

Methods of use:
Spraying by special glue gun. One-sided spraying option on plane surfaces. In this case, the glued surfaces should be bonded no later than within 3 minutes. By using two-sided spraying, the glued surfaces shall be bonded together no later than within 8 minutes and well pressed in the end. The operating pressure – approx. 4 bars, needle diameter – 1.5-2.5mm, the distance of spraying 25-30cm.

Polyurethane solvent-based glue

Description
Sabaplast – single-component reacting polyurethane spray glue containing combustible solvents and used for gluing foam on various surface and bonding it together. Sabaplast is especially suitable for articles demanding the highest quality.

Methods of use:
Spraying by special glue gun. One-sided spraying option. Articles covered with glue should be bond no later than within 5 min. and well pressed. The operating pressure – approx. 4 bars, needle diameter – 1.5-2.2mm, distance of spraying – 25-30cm. skersmuo 1,5 – 2,5 mm , purškimo atstumas 25 – 30 cm.
