Single-component water-based glue

Description
SABA HydroTack – single-component water-based spray glue used in the area of foam production. SABA HydroTack is a product ideal for gluing foam parts and soft furniture industry and mattresses.

Methods of use:
Glue is sprayed by special pulveriser. Both surfaces of articles shall be glued and shall be bond no later than within 12 min. by pressing them well. Spraying pressure should be approx. 2-3bar and the distance between spray gun and the glued surface should be no less than 30cm.

Specific characteristics:

  • Extremely strong initial bond
  • Flexible and soft gluing seam
  • One-sided gluing option in many cases
  • Strong initial bond by gluing foam on wooden surface
  • 0 % solvent


Single-component (thermo-reactive) water-based glue

Description
SABA Aquatherm – single-component water-based spray glue reacting in high temperatures and used in the area of foam production. SABA Aquatherm is ideal for upholstering furniture.

Methods of use:
Glue is sprayed by special pulveriser. Both surfaces of articles should be covered by glued. Sprayed on the surface of article the glue should be left for drying and no longer than within 48 hours should be bonded under required high pressure and heat. The minimum temperature required for this process should be +65oC.

Specific characteristics:

  • Gluing requires high temperature conditions
  • Dried glue line is impalpable
  • High resistance to heat
  • Suitable for textile with (C-Gex)
  • 0 % solvent



Double-component water-based glue

Description
SABA Aquabond – double-component water-based spray glue used in the area of foam production. SABA Aquabond is ideal for gluing foam parts and in the area of soft and comfort furniture industry.

Methods of use:
Glue is sprayed by special pulveriser fitted to double-component gluing. Both surfaces of articles should be covered with glue and should be bonded no later than within 8min. by pressing tem well. Spraying pressure should be approx. 2 bar and the distance between spray gun and the glued surface should be no less than 30cm.

HOT-MELT GLUE (Sabamelt)

Description
Sabamelt hot-melt glue is used for gluing foam on various surfaces. Hot-melt gluing is especially suitable in automated production lines and production of spring mattresses.

Methods of use:
Gluing process is carried out with special equipment. Glued surface is covered with glue drops and no later than within one minute the glued articles should be connected and well pressed.

Specific characteristics:

  • Vertical application option
  • 100 % of dry solids
  • High resistance to high temperatures
  • Good bond with certain nonwoven surfaces.
